PACE PILATES CLASS (NO PROPS)

A 30 minute total body ‘PACE’ class led by Kika from K-FORMA and filmed at Hustl. studio Byron Bay. Suitable for all levels, no props needed!

GROUNDING YOGA FLOW 

60 minute grounding Yinyasa flow with Lara Zilibowitz from Body Poetry. Suitable for all levels with 2 blocks recommended.

SPINAL HYDRATION FLOW 

60 minute Vinyasa flow with Lara Zilibowitz to massage and lubricate your spine. Suitable for all levels with 2 blocks recommended.

PRANAYAMA BREATHWORK PRACTICE

60 minute Pranayama Breathwork practice lead by Vedic meditation teacher and mindfulness expert Gary Garrow.
